This hour-long documentary studies the biases underlying the ‘enlightened’ attitudes of many Americans– in this case, 12 college students, reputedly lacking in prejudices, who have volunteered for a week-long workshop at Gloucester Harbor, Mass.
The students, of different races and faiths, are under the guidance of Dr. Max Birnbaum, director of the Human Relations Laboratory at Boston U. But as the week progresses, any guise of a calm academic exercise is cast off, as the participants confront their underlying feelings– and each other.

Very interesting to see how the youth of 1967 through.
Where is prejudice? That was a good documentary, but what open my eyes the most is what that young white blonde boy said. He said those people are the future and the things that they’re doing is gonna have the world running around for bunches of years and that way, and he said they’re going to be damned in a way to darkness and they’re gonna take the world with them and I agree
Their ALLLLL prejudice against Gill for seeing them for what they are, Bigoted!!!
These students were quite intelligent and rationale for the time.
The most important stage of an individual’s life is ages 4-7where they absorb the principles and morals of people who raised them as an adult its not common for those views to get challenged intellectually due to demographics you stick with who and what you know. The average person isn’t taught emotional intelligence to address how they contribute to on going bias that forms bigotry and systemic racism.
